Has anyone rented through Unique Florida Orlando.com?

Hi

We are planning on renting a villa on our next trip to Orlando. While researching Terra Verde resort I came across a property management company called ';Unique Florida Orlando'; and I was wondering if anyone has rented through them in the past? If so, was the experience positive or negative?

This would be our first time renting a villa as we usually stay in hotels so I guess I%26#39;m just being overly cautious.

Any advice with regards to this company or renting at Terra Verde would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, We used them for our trip last Feb. They were great. You will get confirmations in your email right away. Had no problems whatsoever. The prices through them are fantastic. We got the Homewood Suites for $99 a night, on their website it was going for $150 at the time. We were very pleased. Have Fun!!

Thanks for the info - I%26#39;m not sure if were thinking of the same place? The company I%26#39;m asking about is according to their website a husband and wife team that manage and rent out houses and townhouses in the Kissimmee and Orlando area.
