Raddison Hotel at the Pier, Cape Canaveral FL

Has anyone stayed at this hotel? We are planning to go next month and I don%26#39;t want to stay at a hotel that is bad. If anyone could advise their thoughts it would be great

Also what about the Cocoa Beach Towers Condos? I just received information from a realtor about his location. Any commens?

What is the best accomodations in the Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral area?

The Radisson is a very nice property. Are you coming for a cruise?

The rooms are clean, the pool is nice with a waterfall in the middle, the tiki bar has good hamburgers, good fish sandwhiches and good drinks. There is a good restaurant next door called Kelseys. There is a go cart track down the street if you have kids. There is a small game room at the hotel. However it is not in walking distance to any shopping.

Thanks you for your information. No, we are not going on a cruise, but wanted to stay some where nice and not super fast paced. We thought this might be a central location to visit Daytona, Space Center, etc.. We are renting a car and would like to visit the beaches and some shopping, but mostly R%26amp;R. My husband perfers pools over the beach so I wanted the pool to be nice for him to relax. Any suggestions on restaurants or places to eat would be greatly appreciated.

At the port is Grills, good fish sandwhich and good drinks, has a band on weekends and free entertainment watching the boat ramp follies. (you will know what I mean when you go there). Just go on Saturday or Sunday afternoon and you will not believe it. Just around the corner from Grills is a smokehouse shop, Has all kinds of smoked meats. If you like smoked fish they have it and they also have a good bbq sandwhich. Don%26#39;t eat at Rusty%26#39;s which is just down the street from there.

Also try Cocoa Village, just across the 520 Causeway. There are some cute shops and some good restaurants there.

I%26#39;m sure someone will have some more suggestions on where to eat.
