Airboat rides? Anything nr Orlando?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone could tell me where is the nearest place to Orlando where I could get an airboat ride? Are they only available right down in southern Florida/the Everglades? Some other kind of boat tour eg on a lake would be fine, pref a fast one, it%26#39;s for my son (who is 3.5). I%26#39;m assuming kids are allowed on these kind of trips?

We have done Boggy Creek twice and they were great.

Good knowledge by drivers and you can also fish from there and have something to eat and drink !!

Just don';t go for a swim.

We did the airboat ride and the monster truck safari with Boggy Creek Airboats last October and thoroughly enjoyed them both.

The monster truck is VERY bumpy so you may want to keep a tight hold on your youngster (not that you wouldn%26#39;t want to keep a tight hold of him on the airboat as well!)
