Can anyone recommend a good stopover between Kennedy Space Centre and Key West. We%26#39;ve been to Miami a couple of times and would like to try somewhere different.
Tha same travelling back up from KW to Indian Shores?Any ideas to break that journey.
Midway stopover between Kennedy and Key West
the area of stuart is really nice, as is boca raton.
I suggest a little beach town called deerfield beach... its nearly half way with out getting to far down into the ft lauderdale/ miami area. Nice little condos and hotels on the beach, great beach side resturants, lotsof shopping close by.
1. the whales rib and Oceans 234 are great spots on the beach.
2. one of the best shopping malls in florida is 10 minutes away
3. the largest outlet mall in american is 30-40 minutes away.
4. key west is not known for their beaches, so you can get in some great beach time there.
5. a publix is right there with all the staples you will need if you are staying more than a few days.
6. its cheaper to stay there than ft lauderdale or delray.
7. you can walk most places.
8. kahunas near the beach has great frozen drinks!
