Fun Miami-south Beach day activities

I am planning a trip that consist of 10 girls ( mid to late 20s) who are single and visting Miami for the first time. I am in charge of planning the trip. ARRRGHH!!

-I need some advice for fun day activities, like fun beaches and great shopping areas.????

-Advice also in which hotels provide cabana reservations, with an awesome pool. ??

-How about spas?? Which would be able to accomodate a group of 10 girls???

-Hotels--sounds like the Royal Palm gets good reviews on this website?? Location and being comfortable are key!!!

-Trendy fun resturants where great drinks and people watching are provided??

-Of course night activities of clubs....what plays great hip hop and maybe a celebrity spotting ???

-Any male revue--male stripper type shows in Miami??
