Hats for women

Has anyone found a good hat (online or describe the style) that you can wear with a pony-tail, will fold small for traveling, won%26#39;t fly off on the rides, and will protect your ears and neck from getting sunburned?

My kids wear Bush hats that work well with keeping the sun off their ears and neck, the neck string will keep it from flying away but it still may come off the head on rides.

Thanks, Caledonia, Tilley%26#39;s are sold in several sporting goods stores near me so I%26#39;ll go try some on. And one is a Bush style so that would sure give me the ear and neck protection I need, just have to see how it looks!

I never thought of looking in sporting goods stores, I was thinking more in terms of ';fashion'; hats, but when I%26#39;m in REI or wherever I%26#39;m sure there will be lots of choices - I%26#39;d rather try something on rather than buy online.

You got to see how it looks...........You either want the protection or you want to look fashionable..can%26#39;t have both

I%26#39;m going for protection...last trip to Hawaii I bought a really pretty wide-brimmed hat...what a pain every time I wanted to take it off, pack it...I literally dumped it in a garbage can at the Maui airport.

I%26#39;m never going to see these people again so I want to have a hat that does the job...
