Trillium or Arie Dam

Has anybody stayed at either of these condos or have any information? I%26#39;m trying to decide between to two for my family of five. Looking for something updated, clean and convenient to restaurants and activities. Any information would be appreciated.

Trillium or Arie Dam

Hi Tropicalmom: Where in Connecticut are you from? I%26#39;m from Berlin, Ct. We have stayed at the Arie Dam and loved it. We stayed on the 4th floor. We are booked to stay on the 1st floor in May. It is a nice small complex with only about 18 units and there are washers and dryers in the units which I love as well. We have also stayed at the Las Brisas and the Seabreeze. Who will you be renting through?

Trillium or Arie Dam

Wildwest, we%26#39;re from Wolcott and I%26#39;m booking through sunbeach. How did Arie Dam compare with your othre stays in the area? Is there anything within walking distance; stores, restaurants? Were the facilities up-to-date?

Thanks

Hi Tropicalmom: I actually liked the Arie Dam better than the other places. The place was clean and up-to-date. I%26#39;ve only rented through Capalbo for the Arie Dam though. Bear in mind that each realtor has different condos. Be sure to question them on the condition and furnishings of the place. Like I said before, the Arie Dam is nice because it is a small complex and has the washer and dryer in the unit itself and far less people than at some of the other places. About a mile down the road is John%26#39;s Pass which has small shops and restaurants along with fishing excursions and sight seeing tours. We love the area, it is more family-oriented. When are you going and how long will you be staying?
