Sunshine River Tours is a FRAUD!

Do not book a reservation with Sunshine River tours. ';Captain'; Mike is a fraud and a liar. My husband and I made our reservation 2 months ago. Yesterday when we were supposed to go no one showed up at the dock and when we finally got a hold of the ';captain'; he called us liars and refused to refund the $200 I prepaid to book it. Very unprofessional and rude. If you want to swim with manatees go to Bird%26#39;s Underwater. Our whole time in Crystal River we heard nothing by rave reviews for Bird%26#39;s and although we didn%26#39;t get to go (as ';Captain'; Mike didn%26#39;t refund our money) the next time we%26#39;re in the area we are definitely planning on going on one of Bird%26#39;s tours!

This is Capt Mike with Sunshine River Tours.This person has spread this lie throughout the internet.I had 3 other folks on that tour from England and they also told me as did the captain that they waited for these 2 persons until 8:15 that morning.I ask everyone to be at that tour at 7:45 A.M. I do not inconvienence others to wait at the dock for others to show up. My tours convene in a timely matter so as to optimise their experience.I think 30 minutes is a reasonable time to wait for others who are not at the dock for my tour.
