Neighborhoods in Lake buena vista

Does anyone know how the neighborhoods around disney are--say walking distance around disney like 1-2 miles within disney around lake buena vista--I am looking to stay at Faifield at Bonnet Creek lake buena vista.

We stayed at Bonnet Creek recently which was lovely. Not within walking distance of anything though - it%26#39;s a good location and close to Epcot but we%26#39;d have been lost without a car. It%26#39;s all so vast, very little is within %26#39;walking distance%26#39;.

If you want to be within walking distance of stores and restaurants, I think you need to look at the Apopka Vineland(SR 535) area. The Fairfield is not within walking distance of anything.Or try Downtown Disney hotels,the Hilton is wonderful.
