A Little Inn by the Sea is now booking their overflow into a next door prooperty named Tropic Ranch. Anybody know anything about this property?

Yes have stayed there ...recently purchased as a knock down property fo a higher rise, however property north of Tropic Ranch will not sell and they need that propety to build. Not sure if there are property managers as before no more office in units. Units were quite worn down with no repairs done in past year as they knew they would be tearing it down - pool heater broken, requested secific rooms and were put in different rooms, rooms vary greatly, make sure you have specifics. New owners appear to just be trying t get in some revenue between now and knock down. They say they have done some epairs - have not been thee since October.
