I think the Riverside Hotel gets my vote as most romantic, but you have to upgrade to their Tower rooms as the older section rooms are small and not as nice., The street it is on, Las Olas Boulevard is a beautiful street for strolling and is full of sidewalk cafes, some of which are quite romantic-Las Olas Cafe ( www.lasolascafe.com ) is one of my favorites- very set back with it%26#39;s own courtyard. They have also just started offereing gondola rides on a side a canal- there%26#39;s a post on here from earlier today about it, but I didn%26#39;t see a price.

A gondola is a boat like the ones they have in Venice, Italy. Usually just the two of you on the boat and the gondolier ( driver) who pushes it down the canal with a pole and usually sings Italian songs.
